Caleb works very closely with the contracted guard company that we use on center. The commander of the guards has decided to move on. He and his wife have decided to start a church in Lae. A new commander is now here in Ukarumpa, but Caleb organized a dinner to thank James for the 5 years of service he has provided for our community. He will be greatly missed. It is so nice to have someone from a private company who understands the values and mission of our organization. Here are the pictures from the dinner. The group shots of the men are those who work closely with Caleb (the DAS Team). They all have other roles and jobs here on center, but give of their time to help Caleb manage the security department.

one thing I should mention....the second to last picture is me with Jessie. She is a translator, not a DAS Team member or wife of one....but, she helped with all the details of the party- decorating, cooking all 8 chickens, setting up, making the cakes....I could not have pulled this party off without her help! Also, the last picture is Caleb with James on the side and Arua in the middle. Arua is Caleb's "right-hand man".
