There are no restaurants here in PNG. Every now and then, the High Schoolers put on a special dinner. Allt he proceeds go towards the class account to pay for mission trips and banquet and things like that. When we heard that a Mexican Dinner was in the works, we never realized how quickly it would “sell out”. Luckily, we got our names in on time….and enjoyed a nice evening out with friends who feel like family!
