Yes, look closely.....your eyes are not mistaken. That would be my husband "walking" the dog.
LOVE my husband! He saw another family here on center walking their dog in this way....so he just had to try and see how Teddy liked it. I thought it made for great pictures and a great blog post. Feel free to make fun of his lazy butt!
